RATES
Our rates are $130.00 per night, double occupancy. Each additional person $30.00 per person, per night. Rates include 7% lodging tax. There is a $25.00 cleaning charge per stay, non-refundable. One night availability is $200.00 double occupancy, one bedroom. Additional persons, $30.00 per person, per night.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We do not accept credit cards, cash or checks only. Sorry, but no children between crawlers and eight years due to water features. No Pet Allowed. Check-in after 2 p.m. and check-out before 11 a.m.

RESERVATIONS INCLUDE
Fully equipped kitchen, rock fireplace with enough wood for an evening fire, two bedrooms, one inside bathroom, washer and dryer, central heating and air conditioning, deck with fire pit and hot tub, bath house with shower, microwave, movies, games, DVD, and TV.

    The deposit will be deducted from your final billing. Be sure and put your dates in the left-hand lower corner of the check for your protection.
